Nonprofit Organizations

The nonprofit world is unique.  It has many of the same aspects of the for-profit business world, but nonprofit executives and leaders face  intense pressures that exist only in the nonprofit world.  Arts organizations, Faith-based organizations and all other nonprofits have financial pressures from the fundraising environment and constraints placed upon them by the Internal Revenue Code that simply don't exist in the for-profit world.

This is where experienced legal counsel becomes invaluable.  Tuk Law Offices can truly provide 360 degree representation to nonprofits, because Bryan has seen the issues from all sides: as outside counsel, as a board member, and as a founder and executive director.

Bryan has counseled nonprofit organizations as outside counsel.  In addition, Bryan brings years of experience as a board member of nonprofits.  Currently, Bryan sits on the Board of Trustees of The Allentown Art Museum of the Lehigh Valley and the Pittsburgh Youth Chorus, and is a member of the Performing Arts Board of ArtsQuest.

Previously, Bryan served on the Boards of Directors of the Allentown SymphonyYouth Education in the Arts!, The Princeton Singers, and Community Music School of Collegeville.

Further, Bryan can see the operational issues that may be affected by legal pressures with the perspective of a nonprofit Founder and CEO of the Allentown JazzFest.  All of these viewpoints provide clients with highly informed, 360 degree, comprehensive legal counsel.

Working together, clients will receive experienced counsel from an attorney who has deep and varied experience in the non profit world.
